Brief Description:
The rotary kiln mixes the materials evenly and gradually moves to the lower end through the rotation of the cylinder. The burner provides a high-temperature heat source to form a countercurrent or parallel heat exchange. The cylinder inclination angle (usually 3-4%) and the rotation speed (usually 0.5-5 RPM) coordinately control the material residence time to ensure sufficient chemical reaction, which is suitable for limestone calcination, alumina roasting and other processes.
